Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments will remain open in-line with government guidelines for business work and essential travelers who are seeking accommodation throughout lockdown. Please contact us via phone/email to discuss your enquiry - we are not showing all our availability online during lockdown to ensure reasons for travel are within the Government guidelines. All reservation will be subject to the Terms & Conditions (including the cancellation policy) agreed at the time the booking was made, so please check your documents if unsure.
We have taken the necessary measures to ensure the safety of our Guests and Staff.

The SafeTravels Stamp was created for travellers to recognise destinations and businesses around the world which have adopted the SafeTravels health and hygiene global standardised protocols.

...you can't go home due to travel arrangements, are a key worker or wish to be nearer family members then we are open and can accommodate you. Rest assured our standards are high to help keep you safe.
Each apartments is self contained and they are a great option for accommodation when travelling, as you can check-in and out with no contact and come and go as you please not having to eat meals in a hotel restaurant for example.
Cleaning is a top priority for us and we have put additional processes in places.
We are committed to offering you accommodation throughout this period, but it may be worth bring a few essentials like tissues as we are all facing the same issues!
Our apartments in Harrogate town centre offer you a clean, safe, secure home from home for you to relax in and our team are working hard to do all we can to try keep you safe from covid-19.
Where possible we will be leaving adequate time between stays to ensure that each apartment has time to be cleaned to our high standards along with addressing the new sanitizing measures we have put in place, that specifically targets high touch points and carrying out carefully considered processes of handling and transporting linen and towels throughout the building, whilst wearing the appropriate PPE inside the apartments to protect staff and guests.
Enjoy the convenience of having an open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare and cook your own meals, should you choose not to dine out.
You have the choice of being provided with a breakfast pack and/or frozen gourmet meal/s in your apartment ready for you on arrival, so you don't need to go shopping for the essentials when you arrive without having to come into contact with our staff delivering food to your door. There is plenty of storage space for more food you bring/buy/have delivered when here and each apartment has a fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer.
There is a secure in/out entry system and 24 hour recorded CCTV on site to ensure the safety of our guests whilst operating with minimal contact between staff and other guests.
In our entrance and communal areas we are applying disinfectants during routine cleaning and we have put up signs reminding everyone in the building to wash hands regularly and to respect others by abiding to the social distancing advice outlined by the government. We have also placed a transparent screen at the front desk between reception staff and guests.
We operate a self check-in/out key safe system with anti-bacterial station beside and we try to provide you with everything you could need in your apartment for a comfortable stay.
Extensions to stays can be arranged subject to availability. Please give us as much notice as possible should you wish to extend your stay by contacting us directly via phone or email.
The contract cleaning company we use have even implemented a new hygiene procedure for all of the team to follow as an extra precaution...
"Our cleaning team will be working alone to minimise contact with others. We are very stringent on the hygiene practices we have adopted.
Hand washing is compulsory for all when entering and leaving the property. The teams are regularly washing hands as per the guidelines.
Our team have been provided with disposable gloves, which must be worn when cleaning and disposed of after every property.

The team will be spraying high contact areas such as light switches, taps, window opening, TV remotes and appliance handles. The spray has a contact time of 3-5 minutes, hence why we will do this on areas first of all.
We will also ensure that used laundry is fully bagged, before transferring this anywhere else in the building.
We are also using anti-bacterial spray in communal areas on areas such as light switches, lift buttons and door handles."

If I need to cancel my booking due to coronavirus or travel restrictions will I be refunded for my stay?
Unless we are unable to operate and forced to close, we are open for business.
For the avoidance of doubt, should you not be able to travel due to Government Restrictions then we will move your booking to a future date.
We are unable to offer refunds for non-refundable deposits/bookings and the Policy at the time of booking will apply.
Should you not be able to travel due to changes caused by coronavirus, this is out of our control and does not change our cancellation terms and conditions.
If you are unsure, then we have a partially refundable option available.
