The below terms apply to direct bookings made via phone/email to our team, or via online bookings through the Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments website...
(For bookings made via any other website please revert to the confirmation you will have received from the booking agent provider eg Booking.com / Airbnb etc, for the payment and cancellation policy agreed at the time the reservation was made.)
Standard Rates / Partially Refundable Rates : A 30% deposit is all that is taken to reserve the apartment. The balance will be taken within 30 days of your arrival date. However if your reservation is for a stay within 30 days of the arrival date, the full payment will be taken at the time of making this reservation.
If cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, then 30% of the booking will be charged.
If cancelled within 30 days of arrival or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Special Rates / Non-Refundable Rates: You pay for your reservation in full today but you pay less per night in total for your stay. Minimum stays may apply for Special Rates to become available.
This rate type is non refundable.
Bookings made through any other website / travel agent will vary but we aim to offer our guests the best rates when you book directly with us.
Booking Cancellations due to Covid-19:
We understand this is an extremely difficult time for everybody concerned.
Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments continue to operate under these challenging circumstances, ensuring guests staying with us are looked after to a high standard, maintaining the cleanliness required to keep people safe and well.
We have plans in place to ensure staff will be available over the following weeks to service those customers staying with us.
We are very sympathetic to those who do decide to cancel their stay due to the impact of the coronavirus, but unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for deposits and non-refundable bookings as per the cancellation policy agreed at the time of booking.
This is not a decision we have taken lightly and understand for some customers this will be very frustrating. We are a small independent business and staying open means that our staff and suppliers will continue to be paid.
