Office opening hours:
Our apartments are open 365 days a year but our office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. The office will be closed on Saturday's, Sunday's, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
An emergency out of hours contact number for guests is provided in the arrival instructions and the Guest Information Pack inside the apartment.
IMPORTANT: Our reception desk is not manned 24 hours a day so please ensure you bring your arrival instructions with you.
