Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments have been awarded with a "We're good to go" certificate as part of the COVID-19 Industry Standard in recognition that this business has confirmed that they have followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social/physical distancing. In Partnership with; The National Tourist Organisations of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
The “We’re Good To Go” industry standard mark is a self-assessment scheme that has been designed by VisitEngland in partnership with the national tourist organisations Tourism Northern Ireland, VisitScotland and Visit Wales to provide a ‘ring of confidence’ for all sectors of the tourism industry, as well as reassurance to visitors that businesses have clear processes in place and are following industry and Government COVID-19 guidance on cleanliness and social distancing.

For stays of 7 nights or more your apartment will be cleaned once per week and you will be provided with fresh linen and towels or the option for a "KIT" of replacement linen, towels and toilettries for a self service during Covid-19. Additional cleans can be requested at the time of booking at a surcharge.

We have 18 unique serviced apartments ranging in types, from Studio, One or Two bedroom apartments. All of our Harrogate lifestyle apartments are located in the same building, directly opposite the Harrogate Convention Centre, which makes them really easy to find because the Conference centre is well sign posted as you enter Harrogate town centre.

The "We're Good To Go" assessment is a COVID-19 related check to ensure that processes are in place and employees are briefed accordingly. It focusses on Risk Assessments for COVID-19 being in place and the application of key guidelines including social distancing and cleanliness. Visit England and Visit Britain have worked with industry membership bodies and there are some questions specific to sectors.
The scheme has been developed in partnership with Tourism Northern Ireland, VisitScotland and Visit Wales to ensure a standard-led approach across the UK with input from more than 40 industry bodies including UK Hospitality, the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions, the British Holiday & Home Parks Association, the British Beer and Pub Association and the National Caravan Council as well as destination management organisations across the country.
The self-assessment includes specific guidelines for sectors including accommodation, visitor attractions, restaurants and pubs, business conference and events venues and tour and coach operators with signposting to further industry and trade association guidance as required.

On Wednesday 8th July 2020 the Government announced there will be a temporary tax cut from 20% to 5% (during 15/07/20 until 12/01/21).
We politely ask our customers to please bare with us whilst we look into how this may or may not affect existing bookings during that time-frame, whilst we also look into how we can setup the booking system to automatically charge the reduced vat amount on your new booking for a stay during that time.
