Our apartments are open 365 days a year but our office will be closed on Saturday's, Sunday's, π Christmas Eve, π
π» Christmas Day, β Boxing Day, β¨ New Year's Eve and π₯ New Year's Day.
An emergency out of hours contact number for guests is provided in the arrival instructions and the Guest Information Pack inside the apartment. This number is also on our office phone voicemail. Please do not call the emergency number for general inquiries. Thank you.
IMPORTANT: Our reception desk is not manned 24 hours a day so please ensure you bring your arrival instructions with you.
Should we be away from reception, please call and leave us a message / email us and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Jessica began working in the serviced apartment hospitality industry in 2011. Starting work as booking coordinator for 10 Harrogate property holiday lets. Over time the role developed into sales, then marketing, office manager to General Manager and finally Director of the business running a small team and successful business.
In 2017 we opened our doors at Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments and have won award after award for excellence on TripAdvisor each year resulting in Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments being in the top 10% of hoteliers worldwide on TripAdvisor! In addition to that we have received high ratings in guest reviews across all booking platforms such as booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Superhosts on Airbnb and many more.
What does "Harrogate Lifestyle" mean to me?
The reason we decided to call our luxury serviced apartments in Harrogate town centre "Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments" is because, during your stay in our spacious apartments, you can feel more at home than if you were to stay in a hotel room in Harrogate and it is here in the heart of the town, that you can really dive into the culture and lifestyle Harrogate has to offer.
Sarah Guest Relations Hostess at Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments
βMy role here is Guest Relations so I am usually the person you would see during the day on reception here at Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments handling some of the administration and all of the little details necessary for your stay.

Sarah started here originally as part of the housekeeping team, helping to clean the rooms ready for the next guests. While working at the cleaning company, she progressed to become Assistant Manager. In turn, Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments became one of the sites she was responsible for auditing cleaning standards and training. Sarah really enjoyed the interactions she gained whilst here, especially when greeting guests as they were checking in or even being asked to provide directions or recommendations. Sarah is a superb addition to the team.
Brian Maintenance at Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments
βWe are lucky enough to have a newly refurbished building but I'm in charge of keeping up the standards of maintenance in the apartments. From making sure the light bulbs are shining brightly and the tv remotes have charged batteries in, to hinges on cupboards being well fitted and so much more.
I enjoy working at Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments. The team are a good bunch and we all work really hard to make the apartments a great space for our guests to enjoy.β
